The Rules That Apply When You Play With HollyWin

These terms set out the main rules for your HollyWin account: who may open one, how deposits and bonuses work and what happens before a withdrawal. "We", "us" and "our" mean HollyWin; "you" means the account holder. You usually accept these terms during sign-up, so please read them before your first deposit.

1. Who May Play

Our services are for adults 18+ who have reached the legal age in their country. An 18+ confirmation is typically part of the sign-up form. Accounts are for adults of legal age.

2. Your Account

Sign-up usually asks for an e-mail address, a password and a phone number. The form typically asks for your country as well. Your account currency is usually chosen at this point. EUR and USD are among our account currencies, and choosing EUR shows amounts in euros.

3. Identity Verification

Identity verification takes place before your first withdrawal. Verification is usually not needed to register or deposit. We typically ask for proof of identity and proof of address. Proof that a payment method belongs to you is, as a rule, requested as well. Checks are usually completed within 72 hours.

4. Deposits

The minimum deposit is €20. Deposits are credited instantly. 5. Welcome Package

6. Wagering and Bonus Validity

Bonuses carry 40x wagering, typically on the bonus amount. A bonus is valid for 7 days. Free-spin winnings are usually wagered 40x as well. As a rule, the first-stage free spins are released at 40 a day over 5 days. Free spins usually need to be activated within 3 days. Slots typically count 100% towards wagering, and table and live games 5%.

7. Other Offers, Cashback and VIP

We run a different offer on each weekday plus the weekend, including a Monday reload of 30%, 50% or 100% up to €500 and a Tuesday free-spin reload. On Tuesday, deposits of €30, €50 or €100 typically bring 50, 100 or 200 spins. Wednesday usually offers up to 220 free spins. Friday brings, as a rule, up to 250 free spins. The weekend reload typically goes up to €500. As a rule, reload bonuses are wagered 40x. Daily cashback is part of our offers. Cashback is usually wagered 5x. Referring a friend typically earns €100. 8. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is €20. Withdrawals are paid by bank transfer, MiFinity or crypto. A bank transfer withdrawal usually starts at €50. Bank transfer is the slowest payout route. E-wallet and crypto withdrawals are typically completed within about 24 hours. Each deposit typically needs to be wagered once before a withdrawal.

9. Responsible Play
